These are general guidelines for OrderDTF transfers, and results may vary depending on your heat press machine. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for best performance.
• Place a Teflon or protective sheet over the design during the first and second press.
• Carefully peel the OrderDTF transfer while it is still warm for best results.
• Some fabrics may require a cold peel method, so always test on a small sample first.
Turn the garment inside out (print should be on the inside).
Wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C.
Do not tumble dry.
Use non-bio detergent (powder or liquid).
Do not use fabric conditioner.
Iron inside out on a cool setting – avoid ironing the print directly.
• Heat at 150°C
• Pre-press fabric for 5 seconds to remove moisture
• Press for 12 seconds with high pressure
• Gently remove the DTF film
• Apply second press for 10 seconds
• Heat at 120°C – 130°C
• Press for 8 seconds with medium to high pressure
• Carefully remove the DTF film
• Apply second press for 6 seconds
• Heat at 130°C – 140°C
• Press for 10 seconds with medium to high pressure
• Remove the DTF film smoothly
• Apply second press for 10 seconds
